Gypsum plaster mix — MGP PRO

Field of application:

For high-quality plastering of walls and ceilings by mechanical means, for example, with plastering machines PFT G5, PFT G4, PFT Monojet, which provides a significant advantage in productivity compared to the manual method, especially for large volumes of work. The product is a dry plaster mixture based on gypsum binding with polymer additives. It is applied to any hard base (brickwork, cement plaster, concrete, etc.). The thickness of the layer is from 5 mm to 30 mm.

Features:

  • highly adhesive
  • plastic
  • convenient to use
  • for manual and machine application

Advantages:

"Mirror surface" effect
Vapor permeable
Slip resistant
Resistant to shrinkage

  • Preparation of the base

When preparing the base, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of DSTU-NB A.3.1-23:2013 and DSTU-NB V.2.6-212:2016. The base must be strong, dry and free from dust, dirt, wax, paint and other substances that reduce the adhesion of the solution to the base. Weak layers must be removed. Surfaces that strongly absorb liquid should be primed with a deep-penetrating acrylic primer and left for at least 6 hours. Weakly absorbent surfaces should be treated with acrylic primer and left for at least 4 hours. Mold, microorganisms, and other biological formations must be mechanically removed to the depth of the lesion, and an aqueous antiseptic should be used to disinfect and protect the surface from biological formations. To ensure better adhesion of the plaster to the surface for porous concrete, as well as gypsum and smooth concrete surfaces, treat the concrete-contact primer with quartz filler and wait for at least 8 hours.

  • Preparation of the solution

The mixture must be poured into a container with a pre-measured amount of water in the proportion of 0.45-0.50 l per 1 kg of the mixture (11.25-12.50 l per 25 kg bag). Mix with a drill with a nozzle or by hand to a homogeneous creamy state, leave for 2-3 minutes and mix again. The mixture must be used within an hour. To prepare the solution, you need to use only clean water with a temperature of +5°C to +30°C and only stainless containers and tools cleaned of the remains of hardened mixture.

  • Recommendations

Work must be performed at an air temperature of +5°С to +30°С. The most effective result is achieved at a temperature of +20°С and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the working parameters of the mixture may change. In the case of using plaster in non-standard conditions or for other purposes, it is necessary to conduct tests yourself or consult with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not responsible for improper use of the material, as well as its use for other purposes and conditions not provided for in the technical description. When working, it is necessary to protect the eyes and skin. If the solution mixture gets into the eyes, they should be immediately washed with running water and consult a doctor.

  • Execution of works

The solution mixture is applied by throwing it on the surface, followed by leveling with a rule and smoothing with graters. Do not allow the surface to dry out during work. Plaster can be applied in one or two layers (the maximum thickness of one layer

  • Packaging

Paper bags with an inner polyethylene layer of 25 kg.

  • Storage

The mixture must be stored in the company's airtight packaging in a dry room, on pallets. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the package.

  • Cost

Mixture consumption per 1 mm layer thickness — ~1.10 kg/m2.
